I will invite Super Mutants into New Vegas. Probably give them the Lucky 38 along side of the securitrons. Probably send an army of super mutants, securitrons and other able bodied soldiers to retake the NCRCF and use it to punish criminals. Bring law to Primm and other small towns / communities. Assuming I took back Helios One and have control over the dam I would spread power toward whatever the strip and Freeside.

Daroska's First Act as President of New Vegas:

Part 1: Create a sixually transmitted FEV that targets enclave personnel and legionary members through gene identification.

Part 2: Nuke the NCR's territories with Ulysses missles. Let's send them brahmin barons back to the ghoul age!

Part 3: Uplift the deathclaw populace back to Goris's sentience. Through FEV or the power of Big MT's SCIENCE!

Part 4: Make New Vegas city self sufficient, depth & water proof, then burst Hoover Dam. Vegashock here we come!

Begin preparing South Vegas for resettlement. That would solve the Freeside slum problem, and give me an area of folks who're grateful to me. I'd bankroll it with the mountain of caps I've accumulated and 'inherited' from Mr. House.

I'd also eject the Omertas (assuming I haven't wiped them out yet, which I normally do) from the Strip and invite the Kings.

I'd go home and RE-EXAMINE MY FREAKING LIFE! I MADE MYSELF PRESIDENT INSTEAD OF SUPREME OVERLORD! But no seriously...here's a list of main rules

1. Super Mutants are to be rounded up and sent to Big Mountain as test subjects. How to round them up? Pretend to let them into Vegas and grab them using Securitrons and lots of Big Mountain SCIENCE!

2. Create the New Vegas Empire. Expand using Securitrons all across the Mojave until everyone falls under my banner. NCR will be nuked with all of the missiles in the Divide that still work. Send in the robots in the ruins to collect any scraps and rescue civilians to come underneath the Empire's banner. Make it all seem like Caesar's Legion sent the missiles.

3. For the final coup de grace, send all of the unimportant research data gathered from the Super Mutant test trials across the Colorado to Caesar's territory. I'll keep Caesar alive and even give him some of my human troops along with all of the guns that aren't experimental or top secret in exchange of letting me keep the West.

4. Chill with Willow...since she's awesome and I'm totally going to marry her.

I'd make it compulsory for everyone.


My main focus would be to first quickly squash all the smaller factions that are threatening the city and the area around it. The NCR can deal with the larger groups, if the need arises. And I'd try to organise better security with Securitron checkpoints etc. around the borders of Vegas, not just the Strip itself. Then I'd look to getting the rest of the city surrounding the Strip in better shape, and get people working rather than sitting around in the gutters doing Jet.

I would then put my attention into regulating and policing the businesses (to a point), and enforcing some basic (for now) common-sense laws within the city - training and using people as police, not the Securitrons - which will just be the muscle behind the New Vegas Police Department's authority, and still the bulk of the city's main security force. While making it clear that the NCR MP's have no authority in the city when laws are broken, even if by their soldiers - ALL the policing and security inside the city will be handled by our own people first and foremost, not the NCR - they can punish their soldiers only after they've paid the consequences for their actions against the city, its laws, and its people...

I want to see Vegas grow, keeping it dependent only on its residents and well out of the NCR's hands, while keeping the residents and visitors as safe as possible from any threats inside the city.

What i would do is many things, some of you have already mentioned them.

1. Secure the whole Vegas area, and make Vegas a city for everyone to live in (kicking out the STUPID NCR [censored]S, although squatters and refugees are welcome if they want to join Vegas instead of NCR), Mutants and ghouls are no exception (although ghoul prostitution and [censored]... GEEZ I disapprove. The only good prosttutes are 35 or less year older girls HUMAN BEINGS)

2. I would invest in the followers and Freeside (including the Kings and the Garrets) so they can rebuild the infamous Vegas Ghettos into a place where people live in. In the end the Kings will turn the school of impersanation into a casino (and i may not be a fan of him but...) based on Elvis. The Kings would be the standing force that keeps Vegas, and later the outer Vegas safe, as a kind of ''police force'' except they work as a gang but not a bunch of uniform guys getting bribed. And they work side to side with the securitrons, that would garrizone the Mojave, and keep it safe, while a army is being raised for the good of Vegas.

3. Combine all of the Mojave settlements and groups that wont oppose a Indy Vegas, into one government, which i control, but the respectful leaders of the groups would still be leaders, and give me advice and consult things. They would work as a democracy, that if the leader of one group dies, the members pick their own leaders through democracy, but i have to approve them (like seen in the 1700′s-1800′s in Denmark and other countries. I would still be the supreme lea... hmph, ''PRESIDENT'' of Vegas, no matter what, but i would be fair.

4. Everyone should have equal rights to live in Vegas, although ghouls would be supervised, as many have the risk of turning into ferals whatever moment it could be. Super Mutants do have anger problems and could probably never really get along with humans, so they would be allowed to sleep in hotels and/or visit Vegas. Area outside Vegas is free for them to live in, as long as they dont do anything that defile my laws.

5. Talking about laws= beside everything i have mentioned as laws, these come into effect. No illegal drugs (jet, psyco ETC.) No racism or hate against anyone, but only violent acts can be punished, while calling someone something will be pointed out as the person that called the person something fault, as the one who got called the said thing might have a problem. Killing people is not permitted, unless said person is a member of raider gangs (powder gangers, fiends ETC.) NCR or Legion, even bounties of these people are avaliable, but you have to have registered in the Vegas military as a asset. Any violence otherwise will be punished by a imprisonment in (former NCR) CF if chosen, but a option is also to pay a RIDICILOUSLY LARGE TAX called the crime tax, which is for everyone that doesnt work for their freedom which they earned by not following the laws.

6. Taxes (also counts as laws). The taxes in Vegas would work significantly different then NCR tax laws. One does require to pay a small amount of caps each year (amount can be from 100-10000 and not higher, depending of the size of your property and consumes (water and electricity bills). If one does not not have enough to pay, then one will get a invitation to live in a special area for people that dont have a job or money to own their own property, and a job will be given to him, and he will live there for some time. He′s house will either be sold (the persons choice) or given to him at a later time, but a tax stacks up each day he isnt there.

7. I would not just conquer the Vegas and Mojave area, but expand my power into NCR and Legion territory, and into territory like Zion and such, and ally myself with the people and tribals and such. They will be invited into the nation, and they choose to accept or decline (declining might result in some... misunderstandings and disagreements)

8. [censored]s are allowed, but only if they want too, diminishing the right of a person is a serious problem which many (the mafi... i mean omertas) have, treating people like (sixy) things. I would stop that.

9. A army platoon would be sent to the sierra madre casino, and clear it of Ghost People, and find a way to clear the toxic out of the area (the plan is to use it as the biggest casino Vegas would have had, and the area around it as a place for the soldiers and their families)

10. Zion would be garrizoned by a regiment of 30 soldiers, that have the orders of supporting the tribes there (and the ''frontlines'' from there to salt lake city) from Caesar and he′s tribes.

11. Big Mountains Tech would be used in the army (mass produced if possible) and the followers, although Big Mountain would only be accesible for me, and the scientists there would work for me, improving or coming up with new tech.

12. Build towns and/or military establishments out of the rubbles the Legion left behind.

13. Heavily barricade the borders and infiltrate Caesars land, as it would be attempted to be taken over (by me).

14. Nuke NCR (and then move troops into the area, for takeover missions and rescue missions, helping any citizens.

15. Send military regiments into the Divide to takeover/scout/scavenge army strongholds that were used in the pre war world (the humans in the Vegas military use U.S combat armor thingy, and other military equipment found in the Divide)

Eradicate all NCR goverment personnel, abolish all drug related item, abolish all alcohol except wine (and whisky(mine only))

I made peace, how the hell would i know House would start acting like a [censored] and kill them? It doesnt make sense dude, and their blood is not on my hands. If i kill the NCR all the refugees, the squatters fleeing from the NCR, their blood will be on my hands if i make the kings [censored] up all the NCR dudes.
