Focus- Exploration and side quest completion as much as I can before starting the main quest.
Archetype- Frost Scythe: Magic using stealth class.
Naughty or nice- Mostly naughty with random acts of kindness.

I'll be creating a Nord male warrior who is going to be a nice guy and help everyone that deserves his help. Everyone else, such as bandits, will die horribly.

I would want him to have some restoration spells available but if switching between two-handed weapons and magic proves to be too troublesome then maybe not, or maybe I'll reserve them for healing after a battle instead of healing mid-battle.

Race: Breton

Focus: Completing a Faction Quest, but also doing the Main Quest

Class: Pure Mage + an expert at Bow and Arrow

Personality: Nice (The hero that Skyrim deserves)

Gender: Male

If the game doesn't have a suiting body type then I'll probably make the usual stealthy Argonian assassin first.

Race - Dunmer

Focus - Collecting every book and piece of new and old lore.

Archetype - Mix: Stealth and Magic. The skills I'll focus on will most likely be; (dagger perks-)Stealth, Alchemy, Alteration, Illusion, Light Armor, and Speechcraft if it actually makes a difference now. (similar to Fo3/NV)

Naughty or Nice - Nice, but extremely sarcastic (if those conversation options are available)

Gender - Male

First I'll either make a Breton, Nord, who will be named Uilliam LaRouche, the great great great great great grandson of Timothee LaRouche in Oblivion. Since Timothee is an "able seaman" perhaps he knocked up a Nord girl in Skyrim? Idk. Most likely a mix of Combat/magic, maybe just combat. Ill be good with a hint of bad (which will probably just be mistakes)

I like how every time this poll pops up the Nord option makes significant gains (with Dunmer appearing to take the most significant hit by comparison).

I'm playing a male khajiit Stealth/Magician hybrid (if it plays well that way at least) who will be a good hero (though will probably dabble with the thieves guild) and will mostly focus on helping people plus exploring.

Argonian of Breton, possibly a Dunmer. Not exactly sure on the race, truly could wind up being anything.

My character will most likely eb a more combat/magic, with some small amounts of stealth throw in.

A shadier moral standing, I will be playing the game and ignoring the main quest for the most part, to explore the world. He will probably end up being a thief, and possibly an assasin. I still jsut like to beat the crap out of things.

My focus will be on exploration and being on the run from the law at all times, I really do hope that the guards are no longer omniscient. They really need to work on that. So basically he will be very naughty, but with a good side. But still really naughty. And in terms of poll, its gonna be something like steal everything, kill everyone, explore and help everyone, as well as do some quest lines for guilds and just random quests.

i'll probably go nord first like i did in MW and OB.. although may go something else as i always prefered to lean more towards magic or stealth then mano a mano fighitng in big heavy armor and warhammers.. so may start with breton battle mage or argonian fighter (might get and axe.shield and heavy armor and go lizardman style)

A Khajiit who's just trying to make his way in the world best he can. Though he does have a penchant for thievery, he mostly just looks for perfect battles to hone his Ki. His quest is to turn himself into a living weapon to reflect his gods glory back to them. As such he only fights with his god given gifts, his claws and Ki.

Why are Redguards so unpopular? I just might pick a Redguard just to spite this forum.

Male Nord Barbarian/Hunter or Knight/Paladin...either way 90% combat, 10% stelath if it's the Hunter option and 10% magic if it's the Paladin option.

Mostly nice, he'll always do what's right and just but he shall not spare those who oppose him :flamethrower:

Just because I think it will fit pretty well in Skyrim world and I had alreayd had this character in OB

2nd one will a male dunmer assassin though :ninja:

Race - Dunmer, Nord comes close second(who knows, maybe both at the same time )

I pick Dunmer because of two reasons really. One is tradition, that was very first character I played with back in Morrowind and kind of feel comfortable with it. Second, I like like to mix it up a little and the Dunmer is made very balanced and fits my play-style.

Focus -I really focus on the side quests and guilds quest, I do very little of the main quest at the beginning

I do this because makes the game so much more fun to me, don't really know why :shrug:

Archetype - Mix: Combat/Magic/stealth

I really like playing like this because it gives me more option on how to get rid of enemies. It also gives more wiggle room in case something doesn't go right.

Im deciding between a Nord warrior, or a dunmer assassin, will end up doing both, but im not sure which one to do first.

Race: Dunmer - out of tradition. I played a Dunmer in MW and OB, so I'll continue that.

Focus: Not sure yet- I'll most likely complete the main quest, faction quests, and many side quests, but I never get to everything with my first character. I usually play through once and the look up the wiki to find what I've missed, then go do that stuff with another character.

Archetype: Combat/Stealth- I don't really like using magic, but I love combat, and stealth can be really fun as well.

Naughty/Nice: Super sickly nice. I can't help it when I play TES.

Gender: Male- I'm a girl, but I always play as a man. Call me anti-feminist, but I think that men should be the heroes.

I shall take my female breton mage and just explore the world and see what happens.

Man, every option I chose is currently the leading choice of the poll. Guess my mother was wrong, I'm not special at all.

Focus: I plan to use all of the new things to do such as mining/woodcutting and not try to do everything at once. My questline I will most likely complete is the main quest.
Type: I will go for pure combat but I will train up a bit in sneak so I can sneak attack enemies in dungeons and such.
Famous or Infamous?: I will be playing a good character for my first one.

I really have always liked Nords and they were my first characters for Morrowind and Oblivion. With these new things added I can see me playing a more roleplaying type role in the game and I always have gone for a combat type character which I enjoy the most. I almost always try to go for a good character first and the thing that really deterred me from being in oblivion was the mission in the DB where you had to kill that family. I always go as a male character.

Focus: MQ, 1 Guild, Exploration
Type: Battlemage Pyrokine/Long Sword
Gender: Male-have 8 character rolesplays and only only 2 of them are female
Roleplay: In short a idealistic youth going pragmagtist working for the empire as a spy, does not conform to notions* like "Good" or "Evil" but does have a ethnic code generally being a nice guy with a soft spot for kids.

Naughty/Nice: 1. Nice, I want to be known as the hero of Skyrim! | 2. But when I'm playing my evil dude, I'll do the exact opposite choices of good/helping.

Race: Khajiit.
Focus.. Trial run, see what is possible and what has changed, look for bugs, find stuff that's been missed, break the game.

Archetype: Would like a pure thief, but I know combat will be necessary for most of the game.. so mix in blade & hand to hand.

Alignment: Neutral as in life, but naughty with it.

Race - Bosmer

Focus - Factions that pertain to his archetype (see below), robbing/"exploring" people's houses and possibly some subsequent assassinations. And some other side-quests.

Archetype - Stealth w/alchemy and a little magic (maybe a little magic).

Naughty or Nice - Not malevolent, but he shall do things that might be considered "evil". He also will do some good deeds. An opportunist, you could say.

Gender - Male

I've already begun to make my character's background, as I have for all my Elder Scrolls Characters.

Since this is my first post, I'll greet you to Ararvyn Giralvel; a Dunmer from Solthsheim (after the Argonian Invasion).

My very first character will just be a prototype character, male Imperial who is mainly melee oriented some some destruction magick. Could be called naughty because I will be testing how easy/hard it is to fight different types of things including city NPCs, aswell as seeing how easy/hard it is to steal in the new game.

First real character will essentually be the same but he will be a lot nicer and more helpful, although still a bit greedy so he will steal when he can.
