Redguard
Strength and Speed
Combat
Warrior

Nords and Redguards are tied for my favorite race, but I don't want to fit in the first time through. It'll give the game a more foreign feel. With that said, I feel strangely compelled to play as an Orc. Maybe in round two.

Why a Nord of course! You can't go to Skyrim and not play a Nord! And he will be one of my old characters from Oblivion, Narved Chillvein.

Race: Nord
Gender: Male
Majors: Strength and Endurance
Specialisation: Combat
Birthsign: Warrior

I think my first character will probably be a Khajiit assassin/thief kind of character. In that case I'd choose Agility and Luck, Stealth specialization, and the Thief birthsign for Luck bonus.

I've never played as a Nord before, so being in Skyrim seems like the time to try. Usually I'm Dunmer or Redguard or a Breton Mage.

Ahem. My first character will be a sailor on a big ship. Even if they don't add a sailor/pirate faction I can roleplay it alright, I've got theimagionation. So it's gonna be a Dunmer Agility/Speed thing I guess. I want to travel the sea. I hope someone mods in Disneyland too. I've always wanted to see Disneyland. :batman:

I can't decide. I like Imperials and Argonians, but I want to play as a Nord so it feels more like I'm running around in my character's homeland.

I'm going with a Nord barbarian-type character with a chip on his shoulder and a mild case of psychosis. And the birthsign is undetermined until their effects are made fully known.

Going to be a Briton battlemage called Ibram working for the empire as a agent sent to work in the better interests of the empire in Skyrim. As well as keep an eye for insurrections in the region. I would add more of a roleplay when more infomation is released.

Just to psyche myself up for Skyrim, I'm going to make myself a Nordic warrior that lives in Bruma.

If Skyrim is centuries beyond the Nordic lifespan, I'll pretend he discovered the Fountain of Youth and thus will never die. XD

His name shall be Eranthar Juggin

And yes, he'll be in Skyrim as well.

Nord or Dark Elf

Maybe something that i can start at low skill levels in my fields so i can gain a high max level, if thats how its going to work.

Or maybe some that looks cool, so what ever race i can making my character look the sweetest

Also you didnt mention what six the character would be, id go with male, cuz im male :P

Same as always, I will make my ninja first, then go back later and make better characters of other specializations.

Zephyr
Ninja
Dunmer
Endurance, Luck
Stealth
Warrior

These stats don't fit my character well, but these will not be how he ends up being. He will use all stealth-type skills, so they will need no extra stat boosts (they will raise quickly naturally). Endurance will help me more if I pick it early, and luck is just plain hard to raise.

My character will be called Edlaan Aitor. He is going to be a Dunmer and if the game does take place 200 years after Oblivion, he will be the great great great great great grandson of my Oblivion character; Davin Aitor. I am sad enough to make a family tree right now:

1. Arena Era - The first in the family whom mysteriously appeared out of nowhere (As a newborn). His name was simply Golox. Born in 3E 370.
2. Daggerfall Era - Apparently he is the brother of Golox. He was born 5 years after him and his name is Aitor. Born in 3E 375.
3. Morrowind Era - The son of Aitor, Celgranid Aitor appears as the reincarnation of the Nerevarine. Born in 3E 406
4. Oblivion Era - The younger brother of Celgranid Aitor called Davin Aitor becomes the Champion of Cyrodiil by saving Tamriel from the Oblivion crisis. Born in 3E 414.
5. Davin Aitor has a son whom he calls Ropelrak Aitor. Born in 4E 7.
6. Ropelrak Aitor has a son whom he calls Frareol Aitor. Born in 4E 42.
7. Frareol Aitor has a son whom he calls Geawad Aitor. Born in 4E 86.
8. Geawad Aitor has a son whom he calls Deorati Aitor. Born in 4E 118.
9. Deorati Aitor has a daughter whom he calls Fealilnia Aitor. Born in 4E 140.
10. Fealilnia Aitor has a son, the last in the blood line of the Aitors, and decides to call him Edlaan Aitor. Born in 4E 178.
11. Skyrim Era - The last Aitor. Edlaan.

This is my bloodline! They are all Dunmers, born in the same month (The Thief) that use a mix of combat and stealth. Strength and Endurance is their motto. I know, I'm sad.

Seems like most people are rocking the Nord Warrior. I might switch up my usual Red Guard and opt for a Nord, I guess it fits.
I pretty much have 3 characters - Imperial Stealthy-type assassin, Breton Mage, and Red Guard Warrior.

Breton
Attributes: Intelligence/Willpower
Combat: Magic
Birthsign: The Tower (reason: access to reflect damage spell unless the spell effect is available in game then either the mage or the apprentice)

Why are we voting with options that may not even be in the game, or at least not as they were in the past? For all we know (and I hope), they could drop birthsigns and go back to a Daggerfall-style creation system. They could also add birthsigns, remove some, or change what they do. They may also even change races around, a bit. For example, they added two races to the series in Morrowind, nearly removed two in Morrowind, made the ones they nearly removed very different from their previous appearances, changed race bonuses a bit for both Morrowind and Oblivion, and, in my opinion, had horrible Imperials in Morrowind yet great Imperials in Oblivion. I never want to play as an Imperial in Morrowind, but their powerful, charismatic Oblivion counterparts are just great, in my opinion. It's the opposite for Dunmer, in my opinion, hence I never play a Dunmer in Oblivion yet always play a Dunmer in Morrowind.

Yeah, but speculation is fun. If things change they change, but overall our characters will stay relatively the same.
