Your first TES V character

Probably a Nord Warrior, followed by a Mage, and then an Assassin.

i'll make four characters just to test out the game

1. orc warrior
2. khajiit thief
3. breton mage
4. wood elf assasin

eventually coming down to an imperial combo of all 4 with favorite skills

I'll likely be making a Dunmer Spellsword, born under the Mage as my first character.

If TesV happens to be in Skyrim, then I might consider making a Nord Warrior.

A Dark Elf spellsword/battlemage named Kamen, with a young, sharp face and windswept white hair. The same character I start with in all the ES games.
He'll specialise in Blade and Destruction magic, usually clearing up the good deeds before falling to the dark side and giving me a good time slaughtering all the friendly NPC's.

As always, it'll be a stealthy Argonian thief. What he will specialize in I haven't decided yet but what I'll probably go with for weapons is Short Blade and Marksman, as well as a few magic skills.

A Khajiit named Juhanor. I will never play as anything else.

Maybe some variation on it, Juhanor Lime (he has green fur).

But probably Juhanor to start out with.

Most likely I will play a similar character to my latest Morrowind character.

A thief who uses magic to augment his natural skills. While he uses sneak, security, athletics, acrobatics and speechcraft as his most important skills. He also has knowledge in the arts of illusion, mysticism and alteration, to augment or supplement his natural skills.

Using illusions chameleon to augment his sneak, and invisibility when possible. Using mysticism for telekinesis to grab objects out of reach, and mark and recall to get out of sticky situations when needed (assuming mark and recall will be reintroduced in TESV). His alteration is used to bypass some areas entirely with levitation and open lock spells are useful while he is still unsure about his security skills (If TESV doesn’t have levitation, like Oblivion, then I will probably ignore this art all together).

During the later game my character will likely learn the skill of alchemy (If they improve it to make it more usefull/powerfull) to allow him to become a great and feared assassin even though he is not too skilled with his blade.

The character is ruthless, intelligent and methodical, although not devoid of emotion and empathy, he will see to look after the helpless, but he will not go out of his way to help people with their petty gripes for little returns. He is a professional who does what he must to get his job done.

You should probably focus on 1 to start.

I always like to create a character that resembles myself, so I'll probably be an Imperial Knight born under the sign of the Thief (not for stats or anything, but as far as I'm concerned November = Evening Star = The Thief).

Then I'll make my usual Argonian Scout, Char'Zul (awesome, I know, I know).

I'll propably either make a dumeri archer/ranger-like character or a breton nightblade. Both would most likely be good aligned characters.

Either a Nord Paladin, or an Altmer Battlemage. I'll probably start with the Nord and play through to get a feel for the game, and then once I've had a decent run with him, I'll start over with the Altmer.

I think with TESV I'll try something different. Why not, right?
Plus I always choose the race that's most physically appealing to me.

I usually start off an Elder Scrolls game with a Dark Elf. I'll then pick destruction, restoration, swords, block, heavy, repair and athletics. Or whichever catches my fancy that day!

My favorite character type is magic/stealth. Typically, the character will specialize most heavily in magic, generally, however, without certain schools like Restoration. Alchemy, Alteration, Conjuration, Illusion, Enchant (assuming it returns to its former status as a skill/school) and Mysticism are the most important for this class. Then, a more minor specialization in skills like Sneak, Marksman (I usually forgo using melee weapons -- I just like the ranged approach more) and Light armor.

depends im alwayz stuck between breton and nord, beton for magic sword for nord ect, but i become kinda like a battlemage with breton.
i recently made a nord of tes 4 and you know it was kinda good (its the size u know im tall so it symbolizes me) and gave him aprentice birthsign and trained in summoning lol was abit poo because he still didnt have alot of magic, but you knohe could still pull out the big guns like daedra lord ect and use weapons, so im kinda leaning towards that again in tes v or oviously a breton, but all depends on houses guilds ect if thay somehow bring house talvanni in bingo breton period :)

My race will be Nord even though I am a Redguard guy. I think that Nords just fit better in Skyrim than anyone else sooo, yeah.

My class will be Ranger it will include: Agility and Speed. Acrobatics, Athletics, Marksman, Mercantile, Alchemy, Sneak, Light Armor.

My Nord Ranger will use a crossbow and throwing knifes. He will go hunting for money and if possible will become a Wereboar.

Like in every TES game, my first char will be Eragon the Bosmer. Custom class with marksman, blade, restoration, alchemy, and others depending on skills available. Playing that way does make me really want a new thief game though

I normally start with a blade-swinging, bow-wielding, heavy armor clad Nord. But this time I'm going to try a Breton battlemage.

My first char will most likely be an argonian. if Mere-Glim dies in the second novel, I'll recreate him in-game and blame it all on a Time Paradox Dragon Break.

My first will be an Argonian defiantly, but my class will depend on how they changed the skills. If stealth has been reworked then I'll be a stealth guy with some sort of magic. For example, in Oblivion I had Mysticism and Illusion with my stealthy skills.

But if stealth fails then a Mage.

Assuming it's set in Skyrim, my first character will probably be either an Imperial Agent, or a Nord Warrior (probably custom class either way). The characters background and personality will depend heavily on the setting, so I'll need the second book to come out, and more knowledge of the setting...for all we know, it could take place 150 years after the events of the Infernal City.
