I was wondering, does my follower level up as we play and if I use another they stop leveling or do they match whatever your at ?
Do enemies also get stronger as you level up or do they stay the same ?

Followers match your level but don't seem to get much stronger as they level.

As for enemies, some scale with you and some don't.

I think there is a glitch that some followers do not level up as you do. For me on 1st play Lydia seems to level up. however not sure

Some enemies level up, others stay at what ever they were at. Not sure which do and don't sorry.
