Your Game Style

Light operative mainly, although I'll end up playing the rest of the classes as well. Not really interested in heavy. I like having mobility and the ability to be sneaky and complete objectives to move the team forward. I like to carry because people so often just stand around and shoot and don't actually try to finish the game.

When you are the light character, you have less supply pips and therefore can't heal/build turrets as frequently as a heavy or medium. heavy engies are gonna be the support role bosses, and flying ninja medics will also do well.

Nope, light characters have the same amount of supplies as heavy characters do.

I'll probably be playing rear medic, stick to weapons with relatively decent accuracy and distance (More than likely the Rokstedi and Barrett), cover the back of the group while advancing to make sure no one attempts to flank, and then offer mid-long range distance cover fire while completing objectives. My goal is to be full out support, the coal engine that helps this locomotive keep chuggin.

Apparently I'm like The Commander, after taking a quiz.
Description:
Ever the strategist and a consumate leader, you're the puppeteer behind the scenes, guiding your toy soldiers to victory.
"I love it when a plan comes together."
Even though I don't lead as much as I'd like.

Your gamerDNA is:
Recon
The Recon motto: "Always one step ahead of the game" Description: Forget the front line -- you're *behind* enemy lines... or perhaps lurking in the dark corners waiting to strike when least expected. Crafty, nimble, or just FAST, your place in a team is to be right where the enemy least suspects -- sneaking or scouting behind enemy lines. Sneaking up behind their commander or best warrior for a surprise kill at the most opportune moment or simply spreading chaos by distracting the enemy at just the right time.

Yep... :)

You know that guy who comes out of nowhere and kills you stone dead?
Hmm, not me I suspect. Irrelevant however, seeing as we're in different dimensions and your soft flesh would never have the agonising pleasure of meeting my cold steel.

According to that quiz, I am what I thought I am. Which is interesting, seeing as I answered the questions myself.

COMMANDER: "I love it when a plan comes together."
100% Organized
81% Team-oriented
16% Patient
16% Thoughtful
16% Social
16% Friend-oriented

I'll also be an M&M (or medmed), although I'm perpetually tempted to play Soldier (in fact, in TF2 I main comp Medic yet have also played a whole season as Soldier, undefeated in fact).

I'll be with the core group, leading, being a boss, the usual. Although I'm also quite happy to sit back and let someone else do the talking. ^_^

Hey guys noob here :) I was wondering if you could suggest a class for me based on my playstyle. Ok in Halo Reach I'm a self-proclaimed "escape artist" I hit, kill, take damage, then run away at the last possible second using my in-game IQ and mastery of the specific map to travel to a safe distance, recover and then repeat my previous killing ways. I'm more of a lone wolf when it comes to outright killing but for fulfilling objectives I'm more than willing to be team-oriented and even take on a leadership role (not that anyone listens) my main weaknesses are my impatience and disdain at being in close proximity with a teammate in the heat of battle ( always manage to get caught up in someone else's mess and die as a result). Any suggestions? I was considering light/med operative or engineer.

I'd say any weight you want. But Operative all the way. Since you said you like be a lone wolf. Engineer is probably not so much that in Single Player.. Though since you can make a character on both sides and all classes, you may as well try any and all combinations that you want.

Thanks for the suggestion although I'll mostly likely be light while occasionally switching to medium. Speed is the need for me I'm a master sprint user on Reach the only way I can't get at least 13 kills is if I'm against a team of armor lock users they render my guerrilla tactics useless as they sit there invincible :(

Not sure I got it, I never played Halo cause I own a PS3, but from what I understood you pop up out of nowhere, kill your enemy, and go back into the shadows. When theres another enemy that spotted you, you use your knowlodge of the map to run away and possibly kill him from behind? If thats the case, Light Operative then, but you really have to be fast to escape or you will die because of the low health. If you find yourself getting killed a lot then use the Medium body type, you will have less mobility but more health, it will make escaping a bit harder but if you fail to escape then at least you will be able to shoot the hell out of your chaser, which you probably can't using the Light body type. If that isn't what you do, then I dunno, lol.

As for me, I'll use Light Operative, my weapon will be the Galactic SMG, because it looks pretty much exactly like the UMP.45 and I just love it. I'll use a supressor of course, Holographic sights, Extend mags and Grip too, but I heard attachments slow your movement so maybe I'll just use the supressor. I like being the lone wolf, sneak behind enemy lines and sabotage their team, I'll always try to find alternative routes, far from my team's objective, and that will lead me near their spawn point. I'll always be disguised of course and moving around like crazy, jumping on the walls and stuffz, and I'll try to hack all command posts I can but mainly I'll just infiltrate their side of the map, put on my disguise, and pretend to be a friendly defending the objective. When they get close enough I'll Spray N Slay them, and interrogate one of them that is incapacitaded, to help my team out a little bit, after that I'll try hacking command posts and repeat.
My enemies will hate me, and probably my team mates too but I don't really care, lol.

Sneaks speak the same language across different consoles and even games lol. Yeah you got the gist of it. Operative it is then but one thing you said piqued my interest, do you have a link on all the weapon info and customization options I'd like to plan my ideal loadout.

I see myself using the Engineer class more than anything. Dropping turrets and mines at choke points, and holding the pass.

I don't see why people think they can disguise so easily. You have to kill someone who is completely seperate from their team, as disguising takes a good amount of time and you cannot be in the line of sight of any enemies while this is happening. As Wraith has said, soldier is actually better for lone wolves, as they can give themselves ammo and can set explosive satchel charges, kinda like C4. Extra grenades will come in handy, and its possible that the soldier has a passive ability that allows them to take more damage.

But again, let me reiterate, you can't just disguise like in Team Fortress. You have to find a dead enemy body, away from any other enemies, and take a good 3 seconds disguising.

RECON:
Agile: 100%
Exploratory: 28%
Competitive: 15%
Sadistic: 28% (I'd have guessed it would be higher :chaos: )
Organized: 12%
Team-Oriented: 65%

However, this does somewhat fit as in many games, like TF2, when the chips are down, my friends are asking me what we should do. To which I respond with crazy plans that shouldn't by any stretch of the imagination work, but somehow we pull it off.
Example, once in TF2 on 2Fort, we had been deadlocked at 2-2 for several minutes. when asked what I thought we should do, I said "....Screw it. We'll rush in, using only melee and healing." so my entire team rushes in, brandishing bonesaws, fists, wrenches, and baseball bats, yelling war cries. The assault lasted just under a minute, and the enemy team was so unprepared for it that it worked.

I'm a normal player until I'm needed, then I come up with the crazy plans that no one expected, because no one thought they would work.
