When I decided to take out the Boomers I walked away carrying so much [censored] it made the Sierra Madre's haul look tiny. And that's 36 gold bars.

I'm going to start my 2nd try at the game, maybe I can figure out how to get all of the gold bars! My first time through I couldn't believe how much stuff I grabbed from the Silver Rush. They started it. I took one step more than I should have I guess and they started shooting at me!!

Nothing beats a dead money haul. One of the best weapons in the game (holorifle,) the two best light armors in the game, enough Weapon Repair kits to last until the NEXT nuclear apocalypse, enough ghost sight to put the cateye company out of business and enough prewar money to recarpet your living area of choice. Plus the weapons which are basically unique.

Oh, and 37 freaking gold bars.

Dead Money and it's huge amount of throwing spears. God I love those, came back with way over 100.
