I am using Megaton (with a vault theme) Kind of makes me homesick.

For some time now I have been wanting to try the Abandoned tent near the Sat Com Array or the Wasteland Gypsy Village. Something that gives me good access to the north.

I'm going to have to restart, but my character will live in the comfort and luxury of Tenpenny Tower. His room will be decorated with the Pre-War Theme and he will go around wearing the pre-war parkstroller outfit and hanging out with all his new rich buddies. He'll purchase a personal slave bodyguard from Paradise Falls to protect him and do things around the house like cook and clean, and he'll decorate the room with cool stuff he finds in the Wasteland. :)

I live in the ruined building opposite the Central Library. It's outside, and it has a bed and a workbench with loads of storage, and plenty of windows for sniping passers by. Cool for lone survival types.

Though i have a fully stocked house in Megaton with the vault-tec theme i only use it to store things. I move around allot, stopping only to buy supplies and ammo or rest but ive found a few cool places to hold up in, well fortified positions, isolated.

In the CW ive found quite a few cool places to stay, antenna stations, bunkers, abandoned houses etc.
In point lookout i liked using the Chinese submarine as home, shame i had to blow it up, i also used the Chinese spy bunker.
Broken steel, didnt use anything as a house.

Im getting The Pit, Mothership Zeta and Operation: Anchorage tomorrow.

I'm using Super-Duper Mart again, in my new game.

I used to play a char, the Cleaner, that cleansed the land of rubbish and evil.

He had a base in S-D Mart, most fancy stuff was on shelves by the toilets with Premium Nuka-colas shone an eerie light over his stuff.
The raiders he killed he threw in the 5 or 6 freezers and had plenty of storage on their bodies, which never seemed to dissappear?

He also had half a raiders head on one of the shelves, where he stored clothes!

Just started to play him again, but will use fast travel this time I think...

Main home is in megaton with the prewar theme and my secondary home is the hotel room in Rivet City. I also use the footlocker in the Duchess Gambit as a stash point between the CW and PL.

If I get extra followers via glitch and I need to have them "stay", I split them up in Jericho's House and Mr. Burke's house in Megaton.

There's also a way to get into the Tenpenny suite through the balcony if you keep megaton intact, but you unfortunately cannot add themes and it's a couple of extra loading screens to get to it. It does give you an extra bed that you can use if you are around the Tenpenny area though...

I've considered using the Outcast VSS Armory from the OA quest, but the re-spawning super mutants nearby are kind of annoying. I also like the MST3K door in the mechanist's lair.

In the capital wasteland it's predominantly the tenpenny tower suite and i also use mothership zeta sometimes, as well as a number of other locations like rivet city, after i murdered everyone inside. In point lookout i don't really have a home, and in the pitt i use ashure's nice building as my personal capitol (i killed ashur after annihilating all slaves, no one except his immediate near guards attacked me, so after slaying them i simply proclaimed myself the new absolute ruler of the pitt).

If you have a condo in Tenpenny Towers you must have dusted Magaton... you are indeed an evil bastard! :)

My house is in Magaton of course. I have dressed it up with first class Interior Decorating consisting of the pre-Apocalypse decor plus a workbench plus a juke-box plus the infirmary.

Either Megaton or Grayditch if my Explosives skill is too low for me to disarm the nuke. Even as an evil character, my morals stop short of incinerating a town, especially one with little kids in it.

The bombed out building next to Alexandria Arms and across from Arlington Libraty. I was in Farragut West Metro station – pretty sweet “hole”. I rencently discovered Gallo’s place – sweet Nuka collection by the way; but I just can’t bring myself to live underground right now. I spent a couple months underground in Farragut, but I NEED AIR! (could be my downfall, we’ll see!)
