Sounds like a description of my girlfriend tbh... the kind of girl who goes into create-a-warrior on Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires, makes a female, gives her the smallest possible body size, chooses the most childish voice and sets the pitch as high as it will go, gives her a pretty and vibrant dress, gives her a bright pink hairstyle... and then proceeds to slaughter hundreds of peons?

So....your a tomboy girly girl?

I'm still trying to figure out what kind of girl I am to this day, lol! ;)

well i always pictured tomboys as kinda sporty so it's more like a keithboy or something or a tedboy maybe something kinda nerdy...no offence lady girl person.

No offense, hehe! :D

That's what I thought tomboy was actually... I don't like sports or playing rough or super-competitive or being ultra masculine. (What's a keithboy/tedboy, lol? Is it in the Urban Dictionary or something?)

In fact, at my daycare, I'm actually considered too "girly" by the preteen tomboy girls who are the ones who wear boys' clothing and play sports rough like the boys and hate anything pink and princess-y (or fairies/mermaids/Tinkerbell/Disney cute-sy things, etc), lol. (In fact, while the boys make girly-girl cry because they are so rough, the boys cry because the tomboys are being too rough with the boys, lol!)

But then, the preteen girly girls and boys would say to me, "You're a girl and you like boys' stuff? You're so weird, lol!"

I just can't win either way! :D

Oh, my gosh! That's sooooooooo me, lol!
Though I'm not the greatest player. It really depends on the game genre. (I played Princess Peach and JigglyPuff in SuperSmashBros. games and used to win because I was good at jumping and surviving, lol!)
I just recently got into first-person shooters (I'm more into third-person shooters, like Lara Croft/Tomb Raider and Ratchet and Clank), so I'm not that great, lol. I really loved playing Story Mode in shooting games. I could never understand the Call of Duty boys who only play multiplayer online (usually Deathmatches or whatever) and insult each other as they kill each other all day, hehe. I just don't feel the purpose of that kind of play, especially for guys who ignore the good of the team just to get some kills.

That's why I like games like Borderlands and Brink---there are story objectives and team-based gameplay. ^_^

EDIT: If there's the color pink in this game, I'm soooooo making my skinny guy wear pink.

The more awesome version of this - imo - is [url=http://ui11.gamespot.com/1002/aliceamericanmcgees_2.jpg}American McGee's Alice[/url].

Tomb Raider and Ratchet & Clank are adventures, though.

Oh, so there is no such thing as a third-person shooter, then, lol? Or is it more for games like Resident Evil 1-4, maybe Bayonetta?, Splinter Cell, Just Cause 2?, Mass Effect 1-2, Devil May Cry1-4, etc? I'm always confused by genres because games tend to have different things combined into one gaming experience, hehe. :D

You forgot Action, lol.
Take out the Massively Online and that's pretty much the type of game I would go for. (Though puzzle games can be waaaaaaaaaay too hard for me. I hate you Professor Layton! )
I miss local split-screen multiplayer in games though. *sigh* I would love more local co-op games like Little Big Planet and Kirby's Epic Yarn.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8WQzqTTwbI is a third person shooter.

The Resident Evil games are survival-horror.
Bayonetta is a hack'n'slay.
Splnter Cell used to be a stealth-game.
Just Cause 2 can be considered a third person shooter, I guess.
The Mass Effect games are RPGs.
The Devil May Cry games are hack'n'slay.

Bayonetta is a hack n' slash, and so is Dante's Inferno :P

Mass Effect 1-2 and Splinter Cell should be considered as TPS games, and well.. No idea about RE 1-4, nor DMC 1-4 :l

And yeah, some games combine alot, but then you should put it in the category where you can see it belongs the most :P Like Portal! It's.. Well, I don't know a FPS with puzzles.. So it's a FPP?

Portal is basicly an Adventure, too. Similar to Mirror's Edge, it uses mechanics which don't have a genre per se, but otherwise fits into one pattern.

And Adventures are the most versatile games, hosting most possible variants of gameplay.
