As for myself, I'm still not quite sure (and I'm not that familiar with the lore or any common names for the races) so until I figure that out, I'm just going to call him "Dovahkiin", cuz I just love how it sounds when the narrator of the Skyrim teaser says it.

My first playthrough will be called Beowulf. I'm sure you all know what he does.

For second playthrough:

Trerlo Celtvoi. An elf who sneaks around shooting people with arrows and if need be, then he'll kill you with his magic.

First thought I get is just of Snorri Sturluson, the author of the Snorra Edda which is based on the V?luspá, that gives me an idea, I may name my nord male Gangleri, the name king Gylfi chose as his disguise name in the fiction book by Snorri when he confronted the three men who were in fact Odin in disguise.

But perhaps some more shorter or more Icelandic kind of name would be better, like Báreur, Egill, Eiríkur or Grettir.

I′ve always imagined my character types like if they are stones with a bit of offensive power (basically they are 412153153 defense and very little offense) so I may make a Nord male called Steinar (the name is basically the plural word for a stone, or "stones".

Got 10 months and a few days to think about it.
