I haven't finished figuring out the backstory and the children of the Belvani family (I want to get a tiny bit better grasp of the plot before Skyrim begins with the new book as well), but a Redoran house Dunmer under the surname of Belvani will exist most likely. There might be a return of one more family, and the rest will be originals.

Rothgar Storm-Seeker will return to the lands of his birth, after the gods release him from his Stahlrim resting place to undertake the greatest Trial of all; until finally he can rest in Sovngarde as the greatest warrior of all time.

I see you enjoyed LoKKen as much as me. Man, I have such great memories of that place (extensive playtesting and equipment balancing included) :D

That would be Snorri Thorfinnson, the first known ethnic European known to be born in the Americas?

I'm going to be naming my Nord Nightblade Thorfinn, mainly as a Vinland Saga reference.

Marié/Maria/Izabel(le) for female characters. Kyle for male men (as opposed to male mer :P), something race appropriate for male mer (probably picked from the list of suggestions in the Oblivion strategy guide if such a section is not present in Skyrim's).
