Your Personal Pros/Cons to Skyrim : V

What aspects of Skyrim are you most looking forward to? Which ones are you not? For me, I'm pretty excited about the questlines for the various factions, the crafting system, and toe-to-toe dragon fights. But, I dislike the absence of a first-person view while on horseback or the fact they removed spell-making. In the end, my pros far outweigh my cons. Im pretty much 95% optimistic so far. What about you?

pros it's a TES game that will keep me occupied for months, cons my social life will effectively end for a very long time.

I am afraid it will contain sneaky underwater serpents I am like that in all new games I Get that include water, I was so afraid of going in water in Fallout 3

. Otherwise im okay.

Cons: less armor than OB and no dual wield blocking(not a big deal)

Pro: A NEW ELDER SCROLLS!!!

Cons: No throwing weapons.

PRO: New massive land - New engine - New art direction - New Story - More detailing - real-time conversations - dragons - better AI - Creation Kit - dual-wielding - no attributes - no classes - improved archery - harvestable flora - New enemies/creatures - Radiant story - More lifelike environment - Open ending - Civil war!!!

CON: No mounted combat - terrible interface - terrible map system - no parry for dual-wielders - no spellmaking - no more alchemy anywhere - less towns - less cities - regenerating health - no survival mode (confirmed?) - less armor/clothing slots - less factions - No Arena - No throwing weapons (confirmed?) - No crossbows - No spears - No item decay/repair - It's not our yet!!!

Most of the cons will be fixed with mods so I'm not worried. I'm soooooo excited!!!

CON: Auto regeneration health; no-repair weapons & armor; Compass cannot be moved.

Steam will be a big problem if the regional restrictions issues are not cleared in next days by Bethesda Softworks also.

PRO: Everthing else.

Uhm, i think Beth said they combined greaves and cuirasses to create better looking armours and MORE ARMOURS aswell. along with better graphics and more NPC's on screen.

I love everything I've read and seen so far... And i'd just like to see it on my platform(PS3) in a demo before i buy the game.
