I like the quests that are references to other works of fiction. Like "A Shadow Over Hackdirt", which is a reference to H.P. Lovecraft's A Shadow Over Innsmouth. Love those Cthulhu references.

The quest is in an ancient city of the dead, built using monolithic rock within a canyon. What's so special about it you ask? That the undead are unkillable. After you break apart a skeleton, it will reassemble itself after a minute and keep pursuing you. After a while you'll have a whole swarm of them chasing you, so be careful no to get cornered! The backstory is that the city was once a very profitable mining location, but the profits came at the expense of the slaves, treated at times worse than animals by their masters. Eventually things reached a point where their patience has been exhausted, and they sought vengeance on their oppressors no matter the cost. One day, a necromancer visited the city and felt compassion for the slaves. To help them get their revenge, he instilled them with a spell that, once they died, they would revive as the living dead that pursues the same hatred they did in life. Boldened by this, the slaves started a rebellion and assaulted everyone else in the city in a mad, indiscriminate rage. Though the town guard was well armed, any time they slew a rebel, he would just get back up and keep fighting as a corpse, still filled with rage against the oppressors. Hence noone could stop them, only slow them down. Slowly but surely, the guard's numbers dwindled, and the butchery consumed the whole city, until the dead were the only things left in it's stone halls, still filled with neverdying rage. The objective of the quest is to find whatever keeps reviving the dead in this forsaken place and destroy it, to finally lay the forlorn city to rest.

After you break apart a skeleton, it will reassemble itself after a minute and keep pursuing you. John Stalvern waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were demons in the base. He didn't see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to Cernel Joson were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
John was a space marine for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the spaceships and he said to dad "I want to be on the ships daddy."
Dad said "No! You will BE KILL BY DEMONS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the space station base of the UAC he knew there were demons.
"This is Joson" the radio crackered. "You must fight the demons!"
So John gotted his palsma rifle and blew up the wall.
"HE GOING TO KILL US" said the demons
"I will shoot at him" said the cyberdemon and he fired the rocket missiles. John plasmaed at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must kill the demons" he shouted
The radio said "No, John. You are the demons"
And then John was a zombie."

I like to explore and would have nothing against a sort of adventure guild. This way bethesda could fill the ruin's, cave's and so on, with a lot of small story's and history aiming for a richer experience.

The goal of the guild would be to gather information as you play the game. Reward's?

-I have been told to slay a giant lake monster in a nearby lake, I have told to be prepared for the worst

-I have arrived at the lake and should be on the lookout for anything unusual

-I have defeated this terrible beast, I should see that old man and collect my reward

Written in journal format. I just really want there to be a giant lake monster.

Mine is rather simple, with the potential to be complicated. Either way, it will be the first quest I complete.

My site avatar has always hailed from Granitehall. The back story of the Nefarious One was written almost 6 years ago, including an unfortunate eponymous lineage.
So...

1. Travel to the Reach region and find Granitehall.
2. Locate a suitable character home that would fit with my avatar's back story.
3. If it doesn't exist, create my first mod.

My avatar's journey home to Granitehall, be it through adventuring or modding, will be my first completed quest.

1: Rumors tells me that a woman-serialkiller is on the loose. I should ask the city guards for more information.

And bla bla blaa, you know the drill, ask the guard, getting information, solve the puzzle and then you find the serialkillers hideout and inside it's not a pretty sight.

I would actually enjoy a kinda "scary" quest.

A random quest for the mages guild, it doesn't have to be part of the actual questline.

A mages guild member tells you that townspeople have been disappearing as of late and he thinks he has a lead on the situation. One night, he saw bloody footprints leading to the house and he would like you to investigate. You enter his house to find nothing in the upstairs, but in the basemant there is a journal entry next to the dead body. The latest one says "I'm almost to the pinnacle of my power. One more feast and I will be unstoppable! I must travel to my shelter outside of town and begin the ritual". This would be a good spot for Radiant story to take over and pick a random dungeon. You go to the dungeon and after a few levels you find this man with a ceremonial dagger on the floor next to him while he feasts on human flesh. You could choose to have a quick chat with him or just attack him on sight. After killing him, you can take his ceremonial dagger to the mages guild member to complete the quest and get the reward.

Very long so i put it in spoilers.

The Lovers Last Stand
Spoiler

A young Breton tells you that his fiancée has been kidnapped.

You must ask around for information until you get a lead.

you eventually find her and find out that she was not kidnapped, but ran off with another man.

you can then.

A-talk her into going back to him (it fails)
B- kill her (ends quest, you must fight her man, he isnt that tough. After this you can talk to the breton, he is infuriated and attacks, though he is unarmed at the time, so he doesnt put up much of a fight either)
C- accept this and leave.

You then return to the Breton.

when informed about his wife, he goes into a rage. He asks you for help in "teaching her a lesson"

you can

A- talk him down from this rage and tell him to move on.
B- decide to help him
C- suggest that he try to win her back

If you choose A

He reluctantly agrees, and decides to give you something for your help,( 200 gold, his short sword, and a wedding ring, which gives a slight raise in personality.)

If you choose B

You go to the man she is having an affair with, and kill him.

The woman, who witnesses all of it,is appalled, The Breton Begs her to come with him, But she calls him a monster.

" i have done everything for you and this is how you repay me"he screams , he then proceeds to stab her in the chest.

"What have i done he says"realizing the full implications of what has happened. he starts to weep, and kills himself with his own blade.

The loot- ( His short sword, 140 gold from his body, 70 gold from womans body, 30 gold and a key from the mans body, the key unlocks a case that holds 60 gold and some assorted item)

If you choose C

He asks you to collect some things for him, 10 of her favorite flower.

He approaches her new home and makes a grand gesture to try and win her back.

It works, but her new man, challenges the Breton to a duel.

there are 2 outcomes

1- The Breton wins the fight, causing him to win his girl back. He then gives you ( "an old family Heirloom" which is a very good amulet, his short sword, and 250 gold)

2- The man wins the fight and the women mourns over her first loves body. The man proceeds to yell at the women and drag her back into the house.

You can then

1-stop him, resulting in his death (nets you 30 gold from his body, and 250 from the bretons, the bretons short sword, and the mans weak hand axe)

2- leave them alone and you get (250 from the bretons body, and the bretons short sword)
