I'm trying to use a spell that requires a destruction skill of 50, my skill IS 50 and yet it keeps saying my skill level is too low. Do i need to up my willpower and intelligence more? Is that what this means? Otherwise...i have no idea why i get this messagr.

Maybe you have something that boosts it up to 50 but in reality it′s under? Raising Willpower or other stats doesn′t affect anything here. You have to have Destruction at 50 without enhancements

Make sure your skill level isn't fortified by something such as rings,armor or a spell.
Upping your willpower and intelligence will only increase your magick regeneration and over all magick and fatigue.

Ah right...my greaves gave me fortification of destruction, i wasn't aware of this. Thanks
