If your still in high school or collage please read

Post » Sun Sep 18, 2011 10:57 pm

Ok , so school starts early, we all know that, we wanna play lonesome road but cant cause school is in our way for 7-8 hours, Well I have a plan, lady's and gent's , its easy, right when you get home monday tell your parents this( If your in collage, who cares what your parent think at that point, but you still wanna get sleep), " I wanna stay up all night to play lonesome road, but I have school tomarrow, so I will go to bed right now so I can be up for the launch of the dlc, and get my 8 hours of sleep" and If you wanna get the dlc expierence trust me staying up all night and waiting for it, seems like a bigger reward, and the all nighter threads are epic, no if you are patient ( which that is a skill I have very much trouble with,, which is why I am making this thread) then dont even take the time to read this twice.
Hope this helps guys :vaultboy:

Uhh, I'll play lonesome road home when I get from school. Even though it is the final dlc, school work is more important.

Why would this apply to people in college? I don't have to tell my parents whether I'm staying up all night or not. Come to think of it, I didn't have to do that in high school either.

Besides, sleeping through the day and staying up all night would still make you exhausted the next day.

Depends really, your body can become accustomed to those hours given enough time. My dad goes to bed at 6pm, then wakes up at 12-1am goes to work, comes home at 2-3pm, and repeats and he still has more energy than I do. :P

How does this apply to college? When I was in college, most of my classes were in the afternoon or night, unless your the type of person who registers for class at the last minute and has all there classes at the butt-crack of dawn when your still half asleep.

I assumed the OP meant he would stay up all night the first night and then try to go back to his normal sleep schedule the next day.

Oh I agree, I'm just saying given enough time, your body becomes used to sleeping during the day and being awake at night. :P

Well, I'm in High school, but I'll be playing this on Ps3 which means that it probably won't be available for me until about 5:00pm on Tuesday because PSN updates so [censored] late.
:brokencomputer: :banghead: :banghead:

Although if it did come at at midnight for me I would definitely do this. Hell, I might even stay up just to talk on the forums and find out about LR a little bit early.

I think it updates pretty early, I seem to remember reading on NMA that Old World Blues released on xbl at around 5am. Eastern, 4am central etc.
I think Steam is the only one that updates at midnight unfortunately. :sadvaultboy:

Meh, I'm low on money, so I won't be getting it until I've enough MS points. Next weekend should do it, but until then I'll just check out the forums and wiki so I can spoil the ending for myself. :celebration:

I don't have that until next semester, so I guess I'll just do as much as I can as soon as I get home and then I should still get enough time to sleep. And depending on the homework, I might count LR as more important, I mean who needs all that seditious material anyways :whistling:
