With FNV having over 150 weapons, I did my best to choose the best weapons in each weapon type. Most likely not all your favorite weapons are options in the poll, so feel free to either post your other favorite weapons in the comment section or vote for a similar weapon. It took me some time to create the list, did a ton of replacing, but if there's an outcry about a particular weapon I'm missing, I'll quickly replace the lowest voted weapon with it.

This poll is going to be my aid for a top 10 video I am working on, some of you may have seen the last poll I created which was top 10 enemies. I am currently capturing that video footage and it should be up on Machinima in about a week. Also I had created the same polls for FO3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iS-MRnb9H3s and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZxR6JQiO2I too.

We all play as characters with different skills, so I wanted to see what the community's opinion was rather than just making my own top 10. Thanks to everyone that participates!

...tbh, most weapons in the game, I may like on companions but don't like using myself.

I forgot about the lead pipe, it's a shocker how good it is in NV.
The only trouble I have with it how quickly it loses condition, then it is made of lead so no explaination needed why it does.

4- All-American (ACOG+Semiauto= ultimate death)
5- Assault Carbine w/ Hicap Mags (the only cool assaut rifle)
6- 9mm Pistol w/ scope and Hicap Mags
7- 9mm SMG w/ hicap mags and upgrade bolt
8- Mercy grenade machinegun (its too much fun to shoot sooooo many grenades that fast)
9- Hunting Rifle w/ scope, bolt upgrade, and hicap mag (classic improved)
10- Fire Axe (this piece o garbage has saved me so many times that i have to put it on here)

What happen to Unarmed weapons?

Anyways, my top 10 NV weapon

1-Pushy/Displacer Gloves: retro-futuristic design and effect, brilliant.
2-Paladin Toaster/Zap Gloves: 2nd because its weaker in stats and visual effect.
3-Ballistic Fist: lost to two above because it feels slightly more mundane.
4-Powerfist: thumbs up for Bethesda art department.
5-Mantis Gauntlet: too bad it is bugged
6-Blade Gauntlet/Cram Opener: did I say the list of Unarmed weapon was too short?
7-Ranger Seqouia: over-caliber revolvers are so lovely
8-Plasma Defender: classic is a classic.
9-Maria: BHR or 1911, I want my over decorated mafia pistol.
10-Lucky: .357 is abit small for video game

But I do like to use that Q-35 Plasma Rifle a bit more than the other weapons.

The poll doesn't include the 9mm pistol, the .44 magnum, the hunting rifle or the hunting shotgun. My favourite weapons aren't necessarily the best weapons.

This isn't about best weapons since it doesn't include any unamred weapon
