No offense to Bethesda, but I absolutely detest the songs they have in this game. Something about the music from the 1940's and early 1950's just really gets on my nerves. Perhaps in future installments, they could enable an app which allows you to import music from your PS3, PC, or X-B0x 360, instead of having to listen to what they have selected for us.

I really like every song but the "johnny" song. However, I leave the radio off now because it helps with the freezing IMO

1. Johnny Guitar
2. Lazy Day Blues (instrumental)
3. Roundhouse Rock (instrumental)

And Stars of The Midnight Range stucks easily in my head and I can't get it to stop
I'm not really fond of 40's and 50's music but these songs fit into this game very nicely.
Nice for background, keeps the mood right :tops:

the songs in fallout 3 were much much better. The ones in this game are pretty much all country and western whereas in fallout 3 they were all like 'jingle jangle jingle' [which is my personal favourite in FNV]

That would probably end up being a very expensive nightmare for Bethesda. The music labels would view that as another avenue for people to swap illegally downloaded music files, and swapping of pirated music would doubtless take place. They would demand enormous licensing fees up front, if they were to allow it to happen at all.

If you're a PC player there are mods that will allow you to download extended music playlists (the included music files in these are public domain), or create playlists using your own music. If you decide to share these custom playlists with other people using copyrighted music, though, the RIAA will come knocking on your door instead of Bethesda's.

At one time, Big Iron would've been on there.. but I was one of those unlucky souls that had the song play about 15 times in a row before the patch. Now it just reminds me of that.

Oh yes, it is just terrible, I don't see the attraction out of it whatsoever. It's almost always the same type of lyrics every song.

Would rather listen to this?

Or this?

I choose the second option :foodndrink:
