Hi my name is David. I am asking for any help. My friend Larry and I started a non-profit called Phoinix Foundation for Gamers. We both are big halo 3 gamers we have talked to hundreds of kids on xbox and found that they are having a lot of different problems. These problems range from bad grades in school, depression, family problems and some even drugs and/or alcohol problems. We also know that the high school dropout is huge. So Larry and I could not sit around and do nothing so we made the foundation to help kids to stay in school and graduate and continue their education. But we do need some support. We need help in several areas like, attaining grants, fundraising, and program development. I believe that we have a unique avenue we have reached out to many kids and I believe we have made some differences in their lives. But we want to go beyond that and help kids and their parents. We know in this economical time that some high school kids are dropping out of school so they can help out their families. We want to help out as much as we can. I had terrible grades at school. Spent a lot of time playing games instead of learning. And nothing on earth could stop me =D However, now I am a high-achieving 3d year student. Needed no organizations to understand the importance of education. I guess it comes around age 20 =)
