I have one quick question. I am a Youtuber and I'm currently wondering if anyone knows how to obtain copyrights in order to make Skyrim gameplay and commentary videos under monitization without committing copyright infringement. Can someone please help???

You can't obtain copyrights to Skyrim.

Why do you need that to make a video? Are you trying to sell and make a profit off videos with the Elder Scrolls or Skyrim's likeness? Copyrights are there especially to keep other's from profiting off Bethesda's work.

I don't think you understand the concept of "copyrights".

Anyway, any attempt to make profit on Skyrim infringes Bethesda's copyrights and that's it. They have absolutely no reason to allow you make money on their work, and there is no reason to even ask for it.
You can make your Skyrim videos without infringing copyrights if you just make an usual video like all the others in Youtube (surely you have noticed that you're not the first person willing to do Skyrim videos). But any attempt to make profit from it is baaaaaad.
