So I married ysolda and asked her to move into my place in Hjaalmarch and she never shows up. does the every wing need to be completed first?

Okay, I had this problem earlier in Vanilla Skyrim (albeit with breezehome). Did you follow her out of the Temple of Mara, or did you go out first? If you left before her, go to the Temple and wait an hour or so, then go back to your house. That's how I fixed my problem, hopefully it will work for you as well.

Is the bedroom wing (with all beds to include the 2 child beds and ALL furniture) complete?

Are there any workbenches anywhere in the house? Check the cellar to make sure that workbench is gone. Workbenches apparently can glitch the house since the game may think the house is unfinished

Are you and Ysolda both wearing your wedding rings? I've noticed the Mjoll tends to disappear if my Nord isn't wearing his wedding band. First time was right after he married her in Rfiten and made her a follower. She was still wearing that original ring instead. Another time I traveled to HH and all NPCs/kids were there except her. Looked for here everywhere including cellar and around outside but nothing. Then I had my Nord leave, equip his ring --which I"d accidentally switched for a 2HH ring--and return to the house. As soon as he walked in, she walked out of the kitchen.
