Hello,
Is there any bug in zenimax customer service survey mailing list? I ve requested during the beta some help, they send me the same day a kind of satisfaction survey and I completed it.
But today, they send me another one, after all these days. Strange... I didnt requested them any other help.

The one you just received is most likely because you played in the beta. They take a while to send those out.

they send me that 3 days ago... This one here says : THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING US!
but i didnt, the last 3-4-5 days...
