There is nothing to argue about here... When I played Call of Duty, I found that the game was boring, so I stopped playing. You don't like that game? Don't play it. There are a bunch of other good games around.

My little step-brother is 23 years of age, so, of course. As for being the last beta, of that I have no doubt that they'll have at most 2-3 more... maybe.

Yes... that's the point of a beta... You don't have to expect anything from a beta... The Developpers are the ones expecting something from the beta... not your step brother or you.

I'm going to purchase the game regardless, being here is irritating and just getting no where. I wanted to more or less get along with the community but that went southern. Well, more solo for me.

Anyhow, my apologies for any harshness but the thread is now touching on beta-key give outs and server capacities and other irrelevant things to anything I posted.

In the unlikely event that you're sincere, I don't know why you're waiting for discussion. Every point you raised has been discussed to death in thread after thread after thread on this and other boards. If you really wanted to know what people thought about these issues, you would have read the threads and then you would know.

I did read those posts, they're all the same thing as here. Player raises negative point, fear sets in thread over negative aspects being focused on, trolls begin. That's all it is, skim em' all and you'll see.

Ok, let me say it again, slower. If you are a sorcerer and *do not* have access to templar healing abilities, you might be stuck with a restoration staff at the beginning of the game, but you will be able to unlock healing abilities in other skill trees that you will unlock during your adventures across Tamriel and then you will be able to heal without being a templar and without using a staff.

I disagree with most of your statements as they don't matter to me or are persoanlly a non issue.

The 1 thing that i have to agree totally with was the combat, several times there was a combat delay that could become bothersome if it continues, but saying that i believe that was more a lag issue than anything else, i believe that when the EU megaserver is up and running this won't be so much of an issue.

Ah ha ha try not to hide your bias. It's not possible at all that many many people find the game good and are excited to play it.
