To be honest, I was hoping it being obnoxious would be an attention grabber for feedback, just...not this kind. I didn't expect people to become so angry so quickly, I apologize. And my opening statement has nothing to do with a resume, management, etc, etc, etc in business. Internet anonymity, no offense.
This post is dead, it was when it started, its too late now
My points still stand and they are all factually based reviews from sit downs with Mike Firor or devs from Zeni with bigger magazines and corporations. I do not have article posting permissions or w/e link post abilities and as a result, my proof is half-flawed.
The passive I do agree, but the heals themselves its a different story. Their ultimate is insane, they also have a cleanse (decurse) , something the staff is lacking and the resto staff direct heals are kinda lack luster tool. But well I might be wrong.
None of your points stand, none of them are facts, they're just opinions.
Nightblade resto staff could be like stealth healer with CC and Siphoning damage abilities, it would play very different from other healing staff classes, does that make it less viable, Nope.
would love to post links, can't. So...when Forbes starts bashing your [censored], you better wake up and realize somethings wrong.
1 No Open Beta
2 Public Dungeons
3 Lied about hybrid playstyle
4 PRE-ORDER BONUS = all races playable to any faction
5 PRE-ORDER FOR IMPERIAL BONUS
1. Their choice, I believe OB would give them a bit of sales but idc. As for NDA, it's pretty normal, to have NDA on this phase.
2. Can't agree with that, I really like how it works now.
3. IT IS hybrid, but pretty much useless hybrid, it's not UO after all, which is kinda shame, but well...
4. With this I can't agree at all. Those could be refugees and so, so it's absolutely okay RP-wise or lore-wise.
5. Oh well... yeah lol
But what, that did you say about microtransactions? Where did they announce that?
funny how the complainers accuse ppl of fanboism whenever they try to prove them wrong.
u gotta understand that we are not working for zeni or bethesda so why would we try to defend their product if your arguments are not simply wrong?
we are always going to lose anyways i mean if the game ends up being crap then we (the players) are going to lose since we were hoping to see a nice online game based on our beloved single player series but well it ended up being [censored].
if the game turns out to be perfect again we are not going to benefit THAT much i mean the game is sub based and is expensive so we will be paying a huge amount of $$ yearly to play it.
what im trying to say is that zeni is not going to listen to u , we are only 2 months away from lunch so there is NO reason to open up these topics and NO reason to try to prove these ppl worng...waste of time.
The Night blade has stealth and a "sap" and more CC from Siphoning, plus the Shadows ultimate would work really good for a healer the AoE stealth/slow.
Totally disagree with the OP.
Except for Public Dungeons - What were you thinking? So, now people get to go spelunking in MY dungeons and loot my potential epic chest..? OK, for real, here's the entirety of my beef on that choice: All of the main quests seem centered around public areas in which players SWARM by the dozens on dozens on dozens and utterly annihilate everything that can be tabbed hostile in a matter of seconds. This results in me being able to complete many, many, many quests by simply walking up to the objective NPC and pressing "E". All lootable objects are shared in this case. NO. If I wanted to share with random players, I'd invite them come along. (Public dungeons ARE NOT the dungeons you'll be doing in a group to defeat bosses and obtain loot.)
Indeed, so when Forbes do whatever you said that was censored, I couldn't care less
there are several options for each role in this game. a healer does not have to be a templar, a tank does not have to be a dragon knight. the options are there for those who want to test things out. its a really cool system imo
See, "where is the dislike button for this guy, etc.." not constructive, just trolling and attempting to instigate and rally more people to troll the thread.
they have both public and instanced dungeons. also...... damn it all. if you were in beta and read notes you would know the also already
