There's a National Guard Armory about 20 miles from my house, i think i'd take my AR, Mossberg 500 and an axe and go there.

I think there could be some kind of virus that would make people BEHAVE like zombies. I'm not talking reanimation, just eating people/aggressiveness and all loss of humanity. Reanimation is a far fetch as well. But possibly if the front portion of the brain (where all our feral/motor controls are) was infected with a virus that killed you, then reanimated you by becoming its own living organism and instilling the need to feed (rhyme!). Perhaps then there could be a true, "Zombie Virus".

Read World War Z. I know its all fiction, but its pretty damn insightful and awesome. As well as the zombie survival guide.

And, look up Hierakanpolis. I don't know if the studies there a fluke or not, but its pretty interesting.

There is major military base at my town. So it is just matter of time before I can loot it, if zombie outbreak happens here.
And my skills which I learned from official zombie survival guide will surely help. Not mentioning my training at army which taught me how to live off the
wilderness and act as guerrilla fighter.

I hope so, but I'm sure everyone(includin me!) that thinks he/she survives because he/she plays video games will be a great dinner for zombs! :frog:

Anyway, I don't understand why people take the Zombie survival guide so seriously. It's only helpful if a certain version of zombies appears. WOuldn't help you if you got a different, unexpected version.

And for using fire arms against zombies should be considered only if you really must use it. Since what survival guide says the zombies tend to hear even smallest
noises. If you shoot once, there will be soon hordes of zombies after you.


Edit - Dynamite? if you have some, use it as weapon rather than cut down the stairs. And what noise it will make!
