Appearance: He is a average guy, standing at six three. Athletic but sort of musclar build. long brown hair that sticks out of his knit cap, to facial hair but some dark stuble thats just bearly noticable

Skills: Marksman, every day when he was younger he practiced shooting with his gun he found in a bush in megaton it seemed to be his hobby. Melee, once in a awhile jason would et into a bar fight at moriartys so he practiced how to used knifes and blunt objects. Mechanic, When he was sixteen he became megatons mechanic, now through experince with other things he can fix many other things to help him survive

Clothing: White T shirt, tanish mechanics pants, knit cap
Armor: Does not have armor

Weapons: A colt M1919 in a holster on the side of his pants, bowie knife

Personality: Hes a nice guy realy, when people make fun of him because he raised himself his anger gets ahold of him. He has a dry sence of humor but gets into the game when the time comes

Bio: Jason was born in megaton. His parents ditched him on the streets when they decided to move and was left alone to fend for himself. His hole childhood he fought his own battles, made his own meals and slept in the common house on the far side of megaton, Jason made friends with the kids in megaton and some advlts but most of the population saw him as a nousance.

When he was sixteen Jason became the towns mechanic for the water purifyer because the old one died of old age. Jason repaired it like it was a childs toy and made it as if it was good as new. Lucas simms gave Jason sutch a good pay that he could finaly buy a house in megaton. People liked Jason more than ever and was finaly accepted into the community.

Now he still works as a mechanic for other things sence the brotherhood brought in the auqa pura sutch as lights, radios, cash registers and many other things.

One night Jason reseaved a letter from his parents, he was shocked that his parents still knew he existed. It told him that they were in manhattan and needed to talk to them there. Jason Didnt think it was a good idea at first but after thinking it over he loaded up and went to boat that culd take him to manhattan, what he didnt know is that he would play a huge role in the events to come.....

That's not what I meant by name. I meant the scientific name in latin. Here's something I've come up with: toxolestes therium, meaning poisonous/infectious predator, usually humanoid/mammal.

I can also come up with a much larger backstory and introduction based on information you provided.

Appearance: Andrew is a tall but slim man his exact height is 6 foot 3, he was an athletic build, not much muscle. He has a large scar on his back from a bad encounter with a Raider and a Chinese Officer Sword. Andrews has averaged sized ears, and an average sized nose, his face does not have any scars or marks.

Skills: Andrew is skilled in assault rifles from the many years he has owned and used them, along with that Andrew is also a proficient knife fighter and has a very good swing with a baseball bat. He also has basic lock picking and hacking skills, not the greatest knowledge of them but enough to pass.

Clothing: Andrew wears black jeans, a dirty long sleeve white shirt , and black combat boots.
Armor: Andrew wears a black combat armor vest.

Weapons: SCAR-H Assault Rifle, M9 Pistol, Trench Knife.

Personality: Since Andrew has basically spent his whole life around people he is a very talkative person. He is very friendly which is shocking considering that he has been a mercenary for the last ten years. The only person he has ever hated, and still does is his boss. He has a fear of Rad Scorpions, the things freak the hell out of him.

Bio: Andrew grew up in Megaton while his father went across the Wasteland sauaging and trading anything he found that was valuable which left Andrew basically living his childhood life alone since his mother died during childbirth. The one person that really watched over Andrew was Lucas Simms, he was a real father figure to Andrew. Andrews father eventually had to retire his trading career due to an accident were he broke his leg in three different places, to this day Andrew does not know how because his father never told him. Once his father retired he spent allot more time with Andrew, which made Andrew forgive his father for the nine years he was basically absent from his life.

Over the next seven years Andrew spent his day working around Megaton raising caps so that he could finally move to Rivet City. But that all changed when one day a person came to Megaton looking for people to join his Mercenary group, Andrew considered joining and eventually did. He spent the caps he had been saving up on a gun from Moira Brown and then went off with the man to form a Mercenary Group. Andrew was with the group for the next ten years and eventually everyone in the group began to hate the boss. When news of the virus that turned people into Zombies came out Andrew retreated to Tennpenny Tower.

I'll start working up an rp sheet later tonight or tomorrow. Looks like another good rp ringman.

As you know, I RP mostly over at the Elder Scrolls side of the city block. I have my own RP over there that Jonas and Josh are in, and I am in Immortal Blood's current one. While I won't be able to help out extensively with any of the RP build up do to time, I will join this. I've been waiting for one of these to come around, and with Jonas helping you this might turn out to be something. Pariah also looks like he/she has some sense, so I'll take part in this.

Give me tomorrow night, I'll do a sheet. I do have a suggestion: for you guys NOT to do this in Washington DC, but rather more of an overall city setting (not just the partial desert of DC). I'd prefer something like Atlanta, or even New York. You could have some backstory where nuclear radiation turned the people there into zombies, or you could go with the vault thing, or somewhere in between. Either way, I've been waiting for one of these, and this is the only type of RP where you have a gun. It's your RP, not mine. I'm just letting you know I'm going to skip over here for this one. I'm glad you're here man. I always took you to be a TES guy, which you mostly are but that's besides the point. Anyways, I too like the idea of being in a city. And a change of surroundings is usually pretty fun because it leaves more to the imagination. As for HOW the virus got started. I like what we have, it was a vault experiment gone horribly wrong.

Sence manhattan is the most known and looked upon art of new york. Plus new york is a very known ciy also so we dont haft to make a map of a city we make ourselfs

i think that new york would be a great place for this kind of rp. Lots of danger within every building and behind every alleyway. Though I'm wondering will their be living settlements of people trying to combat the infected? Also what is the goal of the rp simply survival or trying to find a way to counteract the virus?

Well, if it were to be a city setting, I say we have the vaults in the city. In other words, say if we do it NYC, that the Nuke dropped on NYC was a weaker one. It destroyed one of the areas of it (Bronx, Queens, etc.), and the other ones were waved by radiation. The nuke had some kind of weapon in it, one vault failed to close, and everyone alive that wasn't blown up, or in a vault was turned into a zombie.

Or, we could do something similar for the city's partial destruction, except it was just a vault experiment and those people spread through once the vault was opened. I would imagine if that was a scenario for NYC that it would be pretty highly populated (although not as much), but still: You'd have your city with your zombies.

As to get all of us together, I say we all meet at a military base in the area. That way, people can gather supplies and we can get rolling. We also need a goal: Not necessarily just to survive, but to get out as well.

So from my understandings there was a Nuke with a weapon in it that turned a Vault into Zombies because it was not closed which caused the Zombies to get out and infect people? And how many Vaults around the city should there be?

There should be three Vautlts!

Vault 9 which is the Vault the Zombies were made in.

Vault 14 some RPers could come from the Vault.

Vault 17 some random vault?

EDIT: I will have to change my CS a little bit if the RP takes place in Manhattan. You know what, I think it would be better for it to be in the Capital Wastes to be honest. :shrug:

I think that the original idea we had was good, we could make New York a fairly high populated area and which would add to more zombies. I do like the idea of going to a military outpost for supplies but also we should have some sort radio message that will elert the survivors of a escape off manhattan, not a boat because im guessing the water would be so arraidiated that the boat would practicly melt. some sort of air transportation. The survivors cant leave manhattan because the briges have been destroyed sence the great war.I also think that before the dead are rising that manhattan was being rebuilt and was haulted becaue of this outbreak

You need more than a glance, you need to read it, preferably twice. I'll help guide this along in-character.

I'll draw my character up tomorrow. Basically, he is going to be a man (appearance, personality, etc will come along), and he finds unused SWAT equipment at the police station. That's what I will equip him with, along with a melee weapon. Sheet should be up tomorrow.

Also I would prefer the idea of the members of the party each arriving to the city via boat in need of supplies. We find out the place is infected, and have to search for enough fuel to get our boats/the boat back to DC. Fuel would be hard to find, but it would give us a goal.
