Zoom And Slow Time

Well, I'm a FPS veteran, so i don't find it difficult to hit a long distance enemy without zoom perk, and that slow time is just there if you're rushed by enemies right? These perks are kind of a waste...

I like zoom for those far shots. It might sound funny, but sometimes those dummies on top of Fort walls look like enemies! Lol.

On the other hand, the Slow Time perk seems like it would make Archery too OP. I kinda like frantically backpedaling and letting off arrows as fast as I can.

I liked the slow time effect (just the first rank) when using archery, but I only use archery for sneak-attacking distant enemies in dungeons, attacking giants from afar, and against flying dragons. If you were primarily using archery, including against mid-range or close-range enemies who are running towards you, the slow time effect might feel a little overpowered or out-of-place, but I think the purpose of the perk is to aid in sniping, particularly against faster-moving targets.

Also, standing at the foot of a mountain and taking out a running elk that's way up the mountain path is extremely fun and satisfying.

Zoom is great for scouting. I didn't take slow time perk, since you can do the same with a shout, and I'm used to fast moving targets from fps games anyway. I'd consider using it if there was a way to toggle it, but as it is, it's more of an annoyance than benefit.

The slow time always ends up messing me up. I got used to leading the targets a certain amount so with slow time I forget to move out of slow time and end up missing.
