Is this happening to me? I was doing this quest i forgot the name but it was where i have to go turn on these solar plats to give power to the NCR ppl and i there is a computer where i have to turn it on from but when i did it not even show me the comps screen and now when zoom in with any gun that has a scope on it shows me a bright comp screen????
