Elemental Fury or Enchantments?

Post » Fri May 25, 2012 1:08 am

So I've hit level 33 now and 50 enchanting, and I'm curious if I should enchant my Dual Ebony War Axes or leave them unenchanted so I can use the Elemental Fury Dragon Shout (Increases attack speed by an INSANE amount).

The enchantments I can put on them will be different and look like this

Ebony War Axe of Vampirism- Absorb 5 points of health with 128 charges. (Max 11 with 47 charges)

Flaming Ebony War Axe- 16 points of Fire damage with 137 charges. (Max 16 with 137 charges)

I'd either go with Vampirism or Elemental Fury. Elemental Fury, probably.

Well I meant I'd either enchant my axes or keep them unenchanted for elemental fury.

What I wanted to say is even if I enchanted them I wouldn't ever use a Fire Damage enchantment. Vampirism is good enough, but I am too lazy to bother with refilling the charges, and I am not even sure that the overall damage output would be higher than with the Elemental Fury shout. I did understood your question, and my answer is go unenchanted.

You seriously need to try it if you get the chance. I just got the second word for and even with the first word you literally can't even see the weapons or click fast enough to use them to their full potential. Two standing power attacks took out a Blood Dragon in less then second.

Honestly, these axes are overpowered enough. Add in the fact that I just boosted their damage by 10 and can use Elemental Fury; anything else would be overkill, heh.

I was reffering to the armor pen perk for maces over the dot for axes thats all

axes are best with tank builds
maces for dps with that shout
